The Aphelion is an up and coming Metalcore band local to Brighton in the UK. Formed in early 2015 with members of local Brighton band Preserver, Frank Pleece (Bass), Ryan Peters (Vocals) and Christy Burns (Guitar) they set about writing and demoing songs trying to find that final line up. After some time with the line up secured with members Joshua Wells (guitar) and Sam Calder (Drums) they released 2 singles during that year 'Only Human' and 'Among Us'. With interest building, they spent most of 2016 writing their debut EP 'Seven' and playing shows. In March 2017 they released their EP and are currently booking shows throughout the UK to support the release of their EP.
